I’m Hélène, a social worker specializing in emotional reconnection. I have been working in the educational field for 15 years. Recently, I founded "Cœur d’enfant" to support children, adolescents, and their parents with personalized tools and techniques.

 

I help children aged 5 and up, as well as teenagers, navigate life's challenges. My goal is to assist them in understanding and expressing their emotions so that they can flourish fully.

 

However, it's not just children who sometimes feel overwhelmed, doubtful, or lacking self-confidence. Parents, too, may need tools and support to become the parents they aspire to be. I provide a space for parents where they can find the support they need.

 

With me, everyone will find a space where they are welcomed as they are, without judgment and with kindness. We will start by taking the time to get to know each other to understand your needs and expectations fully. Then, we will determine the most suitable approach for you.

 

At Oakway, I offer:

- Individual consultations for children aged 5 and up, adolescents, and parents (of all ages!)

- Group wellness workshops for children aged 6 to 11, co-facilitated with my colleague Elodie Hageman.
