Adult Classes: Our adult Pilates classes are designed to accommodate various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're looking to enhance your core strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy a full-body workout, our classes cater to your individual needs.

 

Prenatal Pilates: Expectant mothers can benefit greatly from Pilates. Our prenatal classes focus on gentle movements, breathing techniques, and exercises that promote overall strength and flexibility while considering the unique needs of pregnancy.

 

Postnatal Pilates: After giving birth, it's essential to rebuild strength and regain body awareness. Our postnatal Pilates classes are tailored to help new mothers safely regain core strength, improve posture, and address specific areas affected by pregnancy and childbirth.

 

What to Expect

  • Welcoming Environment: Our studio is a friendly and non-intimidating space where everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 5 participants, ensuring a calm and personalized experience for each attendee. This small class size allows our instructor to provide individualized attention, making adjustments and offering guidance tailored to your specific needs.

  • Equipment and Attire: You don't need any special equipment for our classes; just arrive wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. We have coat hooks, but no lockers are available. Mats and any necessary props will be provided.

  • No Previous Experience Required: Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a complete beginner, our classes are suitable for all levels.

How to Get Started

  • Schedule: Check our class schedule to see if a class is already running at a time that suits you and corresponds with your stage (adult, prenatal or postnatal). Our three class types remain separate, as they are designed to suit individual needs.

  • Registration: Secure your spot by registering for the class directly with Valentine 0488 20 76 63. Please note that a new class will open with a minimum of three participants. 

​

  • Participation: Enjoy a set of 10 classes to experience the full benefits of Pilates. This package is designed to allow you to fully immerse yourself in the practice and witness the positive impact on your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
