A Little About Me

Following my studies in physiotherapy, I trained in the Pilates method in 2021. Pilates is a gentle strengthening method that activates deep muscles, improves posture, and works on balance while harmonizing breathing. Moving, keeping the body in motion is the magic formula for our well-being. Many pains, especially in the back, can be relieved or avoided through Pilates exercises.

Subsequently, I also became interested in Prenatal Pilates. I take great pleasure in guiding expectant mothers so that they feel their best in their changing bodies during pregnancy. Prenatal Pilates allows the pregnant woman to become aware of and strengthen her pelvic floor. As pregnancy progresses, your posture changes. Adjusting it will help prevent the onset of significant lower back pain.

Whether you are pregnant or not, I will be happy to guide you in discovering this method that provides well-being, pleasure, and helps to refocus on oneself.
